By accepting an offer to join the Outlaws Volleyball Club, the player and their family agree to pay the full team fee for the season, regardless of attendance or unforeseen circumstances. All fees are non-refundable. These fees cover essential expenses, including uniforms, clothing, tournament fees, court rentals, and other costs necessary for the season.
The total team cost is based on the number of committed players, and if a player leaves, the financial burden shifts to the remaining team members and our organization. Additionally, it is difficult to replace players after commitments are made, as most athletes have already joined other teams.
Therefore, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances after a player has committed. This includes reasons such as playing time disputes, injuries, or other unforeseen events. We urge all players and families to carefully consider this policy before committing to the team.
