2 sessions of offseason training

Our ELEVATE Program is meticulously crafted to equip athletes with the necessary volleyball skills, knowledge, and athleticism crucial for success both on and off the court. We conduct two sessions annually, commencing in November and February respectively. Our program places a strong emphasis on injury prevention, strength & conditioning, speed & agility, skill enhancement, and building confidence and game intelligence to elevate players' performance to the next level. These sessions are inclusive and open to all middle and high school-aged female and male athletes.

Kindly note that the dates and times for our offseason program are subject to change based on participant numbers and their physical readiness levels. We are committed to delivering the best possible experience for all athletes and will promptly communicate any adjustments. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
